Projects will be archived after 60 days of inactivity.

Reactivation Of Archived Projects.
All project-related files will be archived and removed without further notice after 60 days of inactivity. This provision applies to every service offered by Martian Technology. You, as the customer, acknowledge and agree that Martian Tech is not responsible for the cancellation, rejection, or termination of your order. Customers whose services have been suspended or terminated are strongly encouraged to contact their allotted account managers in order to reinstate their accounts. As an activation fee, Martian Technology may charge up to 20% of the total project cost.
Electronic Communications
When a customer visits our website or sends an email to a representative of our company, an electronic connection is established. The customer must agree to receive our communications electronically. The consumer and Our Company will share information via email and website announcements. Customer acknowledges that any oral or electronic communication between the parties is equivalent to a written legal declaration for all intents and purposes.
Your Account
The client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account or password, including but not limited to the security of their account and password and the restriction of access to their computer.
Merchandise Refund Requests
Since intelvue.com is dedicated to providing superior customer service, we require that you notify us within seven days of receiving any damaged, incomplete, or defective shipments. Customers are required to send a picture of their order to their assigned project manager or contact our support team within three days of receiving their products. No refunds will be issued after the specified period, but please contact us if you have any issues; we strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction.
Refund Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, Martiantech.com grants you access to your account page, where you may request unlimited free revisions to your initial design brief.
In case there are duplicate charges as a result of processing errors, if your special design requirements are not met, or if your design order cannot be completed in accordance with the delivery policy, your entire design order payment will be refunded.
In case you are not satisfied with the work produced by the designers at Martiantech.com within five days of receiving your first set of drawings, you may request a refund. If you do not request a refund within five days of receiving your original drawings, it will be presumed that you are satisfied. All transactions of Specials and Combos are subject to the same return policy as single items.
The table below describes how your refund will be processed.
The following procedure will be used to handle all refund requests:
- If you request a refund prior to the delivery of your order, you will receive a full refund (less a 10% service and processing charge).
- If your refund request is submitted within 48 hours, you will receive 66% of your initial payment (less a 10% service and processing charge).
- If you request a refund within 48 to 120 hours of receiving your initial design, we will refund 33% of your payment (less a 10% service and processing fee).
- Once the original design has been delivered, we have a 120-hour no-refund policy; however, we encourage you to contact us if you have any issues.
You must inform the service personnel of your refund request. Martiantech.com reserves the right to approve or deny your request based on the severity of the violation of your user agreement in each individual instance. Obtaining a Refund and Procedures

If you pay an additional £100 for our RUSH DELIVERY service, you could receive your initial logo samples within 24 hours. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our 24-hour assistance desk.
Account Area
The Account Area makes communication straightforward. It is your responsibility to check the account section if the designer has any questions, concerns, or additional instructions for you. Insufficient grounds exist for a refund if you do not routinely access or utilise the Account Area. However, if you have any concerns about how to use this section, you can always contact customer service for help.
Delivery Policy
On the date indicated on the Order Confirmation, all design order files are uploaded to the Account Area.
When a customer’s design order arrives in their account portion, they receive an email notification.
The date and time of design order delivery serve as the reference point for all refund and change policies.
As soon as the order is submitted, we provide the customer with a design order reference number so they can monitor its status and make any necessary adjustments.
All custom design orders are shipped within two to three business days of purchase.
Revision Policy
Our policy on revisions is unconditional. As long as the fundamental concept remains the same, we are delighted to make as many gratis modifications as necessary for our clients. Expect a turnaround time of 48 hours for any modifications.
Applicable Law
You agree to comply with all applicable laws (including, but not limited to, any export controls) and any other restrictions specified in any written or on-screen notice from Martiantech regarding your use of the Service.
