Last updated: 23 October 2026. This policy explains how Intelvue ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit intelvue.com, contact us, use our website assistant, or apply for a job.

Who we are

Intelvue is a software engineering company with offices in Austin, Texas (USA) and Karachi (Pakistan). For questions about this policy or your data, email hello@intelvue.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, company, organisation type, area of interest and message.
  • Job applications: your name, email, role, location, experience, profile and CV links, and your message.
  • Website assistant: the questions you type. We do not ask for personal data in the assistant; please don't share sensitive information there.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, collected through server logs and, where enabled, analytics cookies.

How we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and provide the services you ask about.
  • To assess job applications and contact candidates.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse (including rate limiting and reCAPTCHA), and fix problems.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your messages to train AI models.

We rely on your consent (forms and analytics cookies), our legitimate interests (security, replying to business enquiries, improving the site), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Trusted processors that help us run the website and our business, under contracts that protect your data: hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery, analytics, spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA) and, if the website assistant uses an AI model, providers configured not to train on your data. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Our team works across the United States and Pakistan, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you join us. Server logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@intelvue.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
